For Emergency Service please call the building office. If after normal business hours, you will be given additional instructions for receiving emergency service. Emergency Service includes:
No heat during the heating season
No air conditioning when the outside temperature is above 80 degrees
No hot water
Water leaks
No electricity
Refrigerator not working
Fire
Any other circumstance which may endanger life or property
